CONSULTATION & ASSESSMENT
30 MINUTES - FREE
Simply send me a message and I will email you over a consultation form. From there, we can arrange a time to meet online or in-person to discuss how we can work together
2 SESSIONS/WEEK - £440 PER MONTH
1 SESSION/WEEK - £220 PER MONTH
Sessions are 60 minutes. Packages include weekly goal setting, home programmes and nutritional support.
Monthly packages are a minimum 3-month commitment, and are based on a 4-week month. Top ups can be purchased at the same rate. Payment by standing order is taken on the 1st of each month.
1 SESSION - £60 PER SESSION
Sessions are 60 minutes.
Sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase and payments must be made prior to the session.
Gift vouchers are available.
FACE TO FACE PACKAGES
3 SESSIONS/WEEK - £450 PER MONTH
2 SESSIONS/WEEK - £300 PER MONTH
1 SESSION/WEEK - £150 PER MONTH
Sessions are 45 minutes.
