
ABOUT ME
Hello, I’m Kathryn!
I didn’t grow up feeling sporty or confident. Sports day and competitive sports filled me with dread, and fitness wasn’t something that came naturally to me. Running changed that. I could put my headphones in and plod along in my own world. Over time, I began to see my fitness improve, my confidence grow, and my mental health strengthen. I learned how powerful it feels to show up for yourself.​ I’ve now run 12 marathons, 11 before having my baby and one since, each one has reinforced that sense of belief in what my body is capable of.
​Becoming a mum has given me an even deeper appreciation for the human body and everything it can do. I understand how much your body can change through pregnancy and birth, and how unfamiliar, disconnected, or weak it can feel afterwards. Having my own baby has shaped the way I coach and support my clients, particularly those navigating their postnatal journey.
​Today, I work with a wide range of clients, all with different goals, backgrounds, and starting points. My job is never about a one-size-fits-all approach. It’s about the individual - understanding your body, your mindset, and your lifestyle. I’m here to support you in making long-term changes that feel realistic, sustainable, and achievable.
​I believe everyone deserves to feel good in their body. Exercise and a healthy lifestyle should work with you and not against you. It should help you feel more energised, strong, confident and proud of your body.
