ABOUT ME

Hello, my name is Kathryn.

I am a qualified personal trainer and a running enthusiast with a soft spot for wine and cheese.

As a teenager I discovered my love for running. I was never a sporty child and running allowed me to feel fit, healthy and happy. I have now run 11 marathons across Europe, my next goal is to qualify for the Boston Marathon.

In 2015 I qualified as a personal trainer with the intention of helping others to feel confident and amazing about themselves through exercise. My aim is to shift away from obsessing over body image, for me exercise was always about how it made me feel. Training is a great way to relieve stress, feel good about yourself, teach your body to move most optimally and of course to look good!

I believe health and fitness is a way of life that should be enjoyed not just endured. I love what I do and I hope to make training part of a healthy new lifestyle that you learn to love too.

TICKLE'S TIPS

As a woman and a personal trainer who has found much happiness, comfort and relief from exercise and movement, I share my tips and tricks in my blog.

Kathryn has been so good at keeping me motivated, something I really struggle with. She creates a journey that is suited to my goals and makes sure we progress but at the right pace so that it's in a healthy way. I really like that she's not just a PT, we also have fun by chatting about general life so it's like working out with a friend :)
