We'll begin with an initial consultation and movement assessment to help me understand how your body moves and what you want to achieve.

I take a holistic approach to coaching, meaning I care just as much about what you're doing between sessions as during them. Depending on your goals, we'll set weekly goals and I'll provide you with a home programme to support your training.
