I’m Kathryn, a fitness coach, pre- and postnatal exercise specialist, and mum of one based in Tunbridge Wells. I offer one-to-one personal training in the comfort of your own home and mum-and-baby exercise courses through MUMMA REBUILD.​

I believe in meeting you where you are at. We focus on and building strength and confidence in a way that works for your body and lifestyle - with no pressure to “bounce back.” Your strongest years are still ahead, and I’m here to help you build them!
