My name is Kathryn, a qualified personal trainers based in Tunbridge Wells, and I believe exercise should be enjoyed not just endured. K Tickle Fitness is designed to  provide you with the encouragement, tools and knowledge you need to reach your goals.

I am incredibly excited to announce the launch of Mumma Rebuild - a new fitness class for mums in Tunbridge Wells.

 

If you're a new mum looking to rebuild your strength and fitness after having a baby (whether that was 6 weeks or 2 years) this class is for you!
